50:1
قٓۚ qaf Qaf وَٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ wal-qur'ani By the Quran ٱلۡمَجِيدِ al-majidi the Glorious ١
qaf wal-qur'ani al-majidi
— Transliteration
Qaf. [These letters (Qaf, etc.) are one of the miracles of the Quran, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings]. By the Glorious Quran

50:2
بَلۡ bal Nay عَجِبُوٓاْ ajibu they wonder أَن an that جَآءَهُم jaahum has come to them مُّنذِرٞ mundhirun a warner مِّنۡهُمۡ min'hum from them فَقَالَ faqala So say ٱلۡكَٰفِرُونَ al-kafiruna the disbelievers هَٰذَا hadha This شَيۡءٌ shayon (is) a thing عَجِيبٌ ajibun amazing ٢
bal ajibu an jaahum mundhirun min'hum faqala al-kafiruna hadha shayon ajibun
— Transliteration
Nay, they wonder that there has come to them a warner (Muhammad SAW) from among themselves. So the disbelievers say: "This is a strange thing

50:3
أَءِذَا a-idha What! When مِتۡنَا mit'na we die وَكُنَّا wakunna and have become تُرَابٗاۖ turaban dust ذَٰلِكَ dhalika That رَجۡعُۢ raj'un (is) a return بَعِيدٞ ba'idun far ٣
a-idha mit'na wakunna turaban dhalika raj'un ba'idun
— Transliteration
When we are dead and have become dust (shall we be resurrected?) That is a far return

50:4
قَدۡ qad Certainly عَلِمۡنَا alim'na We know مَا ma what تَنقُصُ tanqusu diminishes ٱلۡأَرۡضُ al-ardu the earth مِنۡهُمۡۖ min'hum of them وَعِندَنَا wa'indana and with Us كِتَٰبٌ kitabun (is) a Book حَفِيظُۢ hafizun guarded ٤
qad alim'na ma tanqusu al-ardu min'hum wa'indana kitabun hafizun
— Transliteration
We know that which the earth takes of them (their dead bodies), and with Us is a Book preserved (i.e. the Book of Decrees)

50:5
بَلۡ bal Nay كَذَّبُواْ kadhabu they denied بِٱلۡحَقِّ bil-haqi the truth لَمَّا lamma when جَآءَهُمۡ jaahum it came (to) them فَهُمۡ fahum so they فِيٓ fi (are) in أَمۡرٖ amrin a state مَّرِيجٍ marijin confused ٥
bal kadhabu bil-haqi lamma jaahum fahum fi amrin marijin
— Transliteration
Nay, but they have denied the truth (this Quran) when it has come to them, so they are in a confused state (can not differentiate between right and wrong)

50:6
أَفَلَمۡ afalam Then do not يَنظُرُوٓاْ yanzuru they look إِلَى ila at ٱلسَّمَآءِ al-samai the sky فَوۡقَهُمۡ fawqahum above them كَيۡفَ kayfa how بَنَيۡنَٰهَا banaynaha We structured it وَزَيَّنَّٰهَا wazayyannaha and adorned it وَمَا wama and not لَهَا laha for it مِن min any فُرُوجٖ furujin rifts? ٦
afalam yanzuru ila al-samai fawqahum kayfa banaynaha wazayyannaha wama laha min furujin
— Transliteration
Have they not looked at the heaven above them, how We have made it and adorned it, and there are no rifts in it

50:7
وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ wal-arda And the earth مَدَدۡنَٰهَا madadnaha We have spread it out وَأَلۡقَيۡنَا wa-alqayna and cast فِيهَا fiha therein رَوَٰسِيَ rawasiya firmly set mountains وَأَنۢبَتۡنَا wa-anbatna and We made to grow فِيهَا fiha therein مِن min of كُلِّ kulli every زَوۡجِۭ zawjin kind بَهِيجٖ bahijin beautiful ٧
wal-arda madadnaha wa-alqayna fiha rawasiya wa-anbatna fiha min kulli zawjin bahijin
— Transliteration
And the earth! We have spread it out, and set thereon mountains standing firm, and have produced therein every kind of lovely growth (plants)

50:8
تَبۡصِرَةٗ tabsiratan Giving insight وَذِكۡرَىٰ wadhik'ra and a reminder لِكُلِّ likulli for every عَبۡدٖ abdin slave مُّنِيبٖ munibin who turns ٨
tabsiratan wadhik'ra likulli abdin munibin
— Transliteration
An insight and a Reminder for every slave turning to Allah (i.e. the one who believes in Allah and performs deeds of His obedience, and always begs His pardon)

50:9
وَنَزَّلۡنَا wanazzalna And We have sent down مِنَ mina from ٱلسَّمَآءِ al-samai the sky مَآءٗ maan water مُّبَٰرَكٗا mubarakan blessed فَأَنۢبَتۡنَا fa-anbatna then We made to grow بِهِۦ bihi thereby جَنَّٰتٖ jannatin gardens وَحَبَّ wahabba and grain ٱلۡحَصِيدِ al-hasidi (for) the harvest ٩
wanazzalna mina al-samai maan mubarakan fa-anbatna bihi jannatin wahabba al-hasidi
— Transliteration
And We send down blessed water (rain) from the sky, then We produce therewith gardens and grain (every kind of harvests) that are reaped

50:10
وَٱلنَّخۡلَ wal-nakhla And the palms trees بَاسِقَٰتٖ basiqatin tall لَّهَا laha for it طَلۡعٞ tal'un (are) layers نَّضِيدٞ nadidun arranged ١٠
wal-nakhla basiqatin laha tal'un nadidun
— Transliteration
And tall date-palms, with ranged clusters
