32:1
الٓمٓ alif-lam-meem Alif Lam Meem ١
alif-lam-meem
— Transliteration
Alif-Lam-Mim. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Quran, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings

32:2
تَنزِيلُ tanzilu (The) revelation ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ al-kitabi (of) the Book لَا la (there is) no رَيۡبَ rayba doubt فِيهِ fihi about it مِن min from رَّبِّ rabbi (the) Lord ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ al-'alamina (of) the worlds ٢
tanzilu al-kitabi la rayba fihi min rabbi al-'alamina
— Transliteration
The revelation of the Book (this Quran) is from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists) in which there is not doubt

32:3
أَمۡ am Or يَقُولُونَ yaquluna (do) they say ٱفۡتَرَىٰهُۚ if'tarahu He invented it? بَلۡ bal Nay هُوَ huwa it ٱلۡحَقُّ al-haqu (is) the truth مِن min from رَّبِّكَ rabbika your Lord لِتُنذِرَ litundhira that you may warn قَوۡمٗا qawman a people مَّآ ma not أَتَىٰهُم atahum has come to them مِّن min any نَّذِيرٖ nadhirin warner مِّن min before you قَبۡلِكَ qablika before you لَعَلَّهُمۡ la'allahum so that they may يَهۡتَدُونَ yahtaduna be guided ٣
am yaquluna if'tarahu bal huwa al-haqu min rabbika litundhira qawman ma atahum min nadhirin min qablika la'allahum yahtaduna
— Transliteration
Or say they: "He (Muhammad SAW) has fabricated it?" Nay, it is the truth from your Lord, that you may warn a people to whom no warner has come before you (O Muhammad SAW), in order that they may be guided

32:4
ٱللَّهُ al-lahu Allah ٱلَّذِي alladhi (is) the One Who خَلَقَ khalaqa created ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ al-samawati the heavens وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ wal-arda and the earth وَمَا wama and whatever بَيۡنَهُمَا baynahuma (is) between them فِي fi in سِتَّةِ sittati six أَيَّامٖ ayyamin periods ثُمَّ thumma Then ٱسۡتَوَىٰ is'tawa established Himself عَلَى ala on ٱلۡعَرۡشِۖ al-'arshi the Throne مَا ma Not لَكُم lakum for you مِّن min besides Him دُونِهِۦ dunihi besides Him مِن min any وَلِيّٖ waliyyin protector وَلَا wala and not شَفِيعٍۚ shafi'in any intercessor أَفَلَا afala Then will not تَتَذَكَّرُونَ tatadhakkaruna you take heed? ٤
al-lahu alladhi khalaqa al-samawati wal-arda wama baynahuma fi sittati ayyamin thumma is'tawa ala al-'arshi ma lakum min dunihi min waliyyin wala shafi'in afala tatadhakkaruna
— Transliteration
Allah it is He Who has created the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them in six Days. Then He Istawa (rose over) the Throne (in a manner that suits His Majesty). You (mankind) have none, besides Him, as a Wali (protector or helper etc.) or an intercessor. Will you not then remember (or be admonished)

32:5
يُدَبِّرُ yudabbiru He regulates ٱلۡأَمۡرَ al-amra the affair مِنَ mina of ٱلسَّمَآءِ al-samai the heaven إِلَى ila to ٱلۡأَرۡضِ al-ardi the earth ثُمَّ thumma then يَعۡرُجُ ya'ruju it will ascend إِلَيۡهِ ilayhi to Him فِي fi in يَوۡمٖ yawmin a Day كَانَ kana (the) measure of which is مِقۡدَارُهُۥٓ miq'daruhu (the) measure of which is أَلۡفَ alfa a thousand سَنَةٖ sanatin years مِّمَّا mimma of what تَعُدُّونَ ta'udduna you count ٥
yudabbiru al-amra mina al-samai ila al-ardi thumma ya'ruju ilayhi fi yawmin kana miq'daruhu alfa sanatin mimma ta'udduna
— Transliteration
He arranges (every) affair from the heavens to the earth, then it (affair) will go up to Him, in one Day, the space whereof is a thousand years of your reckoning (i.e. reckoning of our present world's time)

32:6
ذَٰلِكَ dhalika That عَٰلِمُ alimu (is the) Knower ٱلۡغَيۡبِ al-ghaybi (of) the hidden وَٱلشَّهَٰدَةِ wal-shahadati and the witnessed ٱلۡعَزِيزُ al-'azizu the AllMighty ٱلرَّحِيمُ al-rahimu the Most Merciful ٦
dhalika alimu al-ghaybi wal-shahadati al-'azizu al-rahimu
— Transliteration
That is He, the All-Knower of the unseen and the seen, the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful

32:7
ٱلَّذِيٓ alladhi The One Who أَحۡسَنَ ahsana made good كُلَّ kulla every شَيۡءٍ shayin thing خَلَقَهُۥۖ khalaqahu He created وَبَدَأَ wabada-a and He began خَلۡقَ khalqa (the) creation ٱلۡإِنسَٰنِ al-insani (of) man مِن min from طِينٖ tinin clay ٧
alladhi ahsana kulla shayin khalaqahu wabada-a khalqa al-insani min tinin
— Transliteration
Who made everything He has created good, and He began the creation of man from clay

32:8
ثُمَّ thumma Then جَعَلَ ja'ala He made نَسۡلَهُۥ naslahu his progeny مِن min from سُلَٰلَةٖ sulalatin an extract مِّن min of مَّآءٖ main water مَّهِينٖ mahinin despised ٨
thumma ja'ala naslahu min sulalatin min main mahinin
— Transliteration
Then He made his offspring from semen of worthless water (male and female sexual discharge)

32:9
ثُمَّ thumma Then سَوَّىٰهُ sawwahu He fashioned him وَنَفَخَ wanafakha and breathed فِيهِ fihi into him مِن min from رُّوحِهِۦۖ ruhihi His spirit وَجَعَلَ waja'ala and made لَكُمُ lakumu for you ٱلسَّمۡعَ al-sam'a the hearing وَٱلۡأَبۡصَٰرَ wal-absara and the sight وَٱلۡأَفۡـِٔدَةَۚ wal-afidata and feelings قَلِيلٗا qalilan little مَّا ma [what] تَشۡكُرُونَ tashkuruna thanks you give ٩
thumma sawwahu wanafakha fihi min ruhihi waja'ala lakumu al-sam'a wal-absara wal-afidata qalilan ma tashkuruna
— Transliteration
Then He fashioned him in due proportion, and breathed into him the soul (created by Allah for that person), and He gave you hearing (ears), sight (eyes) and hearts. Little is the thanks you give

32:10
وَقَالُوٓاْ waqalu And they say أَءِذَا a-idha Is (it) when ضَلَلۡنَا dalalna we are lost فِي fi in ٱلۡأَرۡضِ al-ardi the earth أَءِنَّا a-inna will we لَفِي lafi certainly be in خَلۡقٖ khalqin a creation جَدِيدِۭۚ jadidin new? بَلۡ bal Nay هُم hum they بِلِقَآءِ biliqai in (the) meeting رَبِّهِمۡ rabbihim (of) their Lord كَٰفِرُونَ kafiruna (are) disbelievers ١٠
waqalu a-idha dalalna fi al-ardi a-inna lafi khalqin jadidin bal hum biliqai rabbihim kafiruna
— Transliteration
And they say: "When we are (dead and become) lost in the earth, shall we indeed be recreated anew?" Nay, but they deny the Meeting with their Lord
