25:1
تَبَارَكَ tabaraka Blessed is He ٱلَّذِي alladhi Who نَزَّلَ nazzala sent down ٱلۡفُرۡقَانَ al-fur'qana the Criterion عَلَىٰ ala upon عَبۡدِهِۦ abdihi His slave لِيَكُونَ liyakuna that he may be لِلۡعَٰلَمِينَ lil'alamina to the worlds نَذِيرًا nadhiran a warner ١
tabaraka alladhi nazzala al-fur'qana ala abdihi liyakuna lil'alamina nadhiran
— Transliteration
Blessed be He Who sent down the criterion (of right and wrong, i.e. this Quran) to His slave (Muhammad SAW) that he may be a warner to the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns)

25:2
ٱلَّذِي alladhi The One Who لَهُۥ lahu to Him (belongs) مُلۡكُ mul'ku (the) dominion ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ al-samawati (of) the heavens وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ wal-ardi and the earth وَلَمۡ walam and not يَتَّخِذۡ yattakhidh He has taken وَلَدٗا waladan a son وَلَمۡ walam and not يَكُن yakun He has لَّهُۥ lahu for Him شَرِيكٞ sharikun a partner فِي fi in ٱلۡمُلۡكِ al-mul'ki the dominion وَخَلَقَ wakhalaqa and He (has) created كُلَّ kulla every شَيۡءٖ shayin thing فَقَدَّرَهُۥ faqaddarahu and determined it تَقۡدِيرٗا taqdiran (with) determination ٢
alladhi lahu mul'ku al-samawati wal-ardi walam yattakhidh waladan walam yakun lahu sharikun fi al-mul'ki wakhalaqa kulla shayin faqaddarahu taqdiran
— Transliteration
He to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and Who has begotten no son (children or offspring) and for Whom there is no partner in the dominion. He has created everything, and has measured it exactly according to its due measurements

25:3
وَٱتَّخَذُواْ wa-ittakhadhu Yet they have taken مِن min besides Him دُونِهِۦٓ dunihi besides Him ءَالِهَةٗ alihatan gods لَّا la not يَخۡلُقُونَ yakhluquna they create شَيۡـٔٗا shayan anything وَهُمۡ wahum while they يُخۡلَقُونَ yukh'laquna are created وَلَا wala and not يَمۡلِكُونَ yamlikuna they possess لِأَنفُسِهِمۡ li-anfusihim for themselves ضَرّٗا darran any harm وَلَا wala and not نَفۡعٗا naf 'an any benefit وَلَا wala and not يَمۡلِكُونَ yamlikuna they control مَوۡتٗا mawtan death وَلَا wala and not حَيَوٰةٗ hayatan life وَلَا wala and not نُشُورٗا nushuran resurrection ٣
wa-ittakhadhu min dunihi alihatan la yakhluquna shayan wahum yukh'laquna wala yamlikuna li-anfusihim darran wala naf 'an wala yamlikuna mawtan wala hayatan wala nushuran
— Transliteration
Yet they have taken besides Him other aliha (gods) that created nothing but are themselves created, and possess neither hurt nor benefit for themselves, and possess no power (of causing) death, nor (of giving) life, nor of raising the dead

25:4
وَقَالَ waqala And say ٱلَّذِينَ alladhina those who كَفَرُوٓاْ kafaru disbelieve إِنۡ in Not هَٰذَآ hadha this إِلَّآ illa (is) but إِفۡكٌ if'kun a lie ٱفۡتَرَىٰهُ if'tarahu he invented it وَأَعَانَهُۥ wa-a'anahu and helped him عَلَيۡهِ alayhi at it قَوۡمٌ qawmun people ءَاخَرُونَۖ akharuna other فَقَدۡ faqad But verily جَآءُو jau they (have) produced ظُلۡمٗا zul'man an injustice وَزُورٗا wazuran and a lie ٤
waqala alladhina kafaru in hadha illa if'kun if'tarahu wa-a'anahu alayhi qawmun akharuna faqad jau zul'man wazuran
— Transliteration
Those who disbelieve say: "This (the Quran) is nothing but a lie that he (Muhammad SAW) has invented, and others have helped him at it, so that they have produced an unjust wrong (thing) and a lie

25:5
وَقَالُوٓاْ waqalu And they say أَسَٰطِيرُ asatiru Tales ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ al-awalina (of) the former people ٱكۡتَتَبَهَا ik'tatabaha which he has had written فَهِيَ fahiya and they تُمۡلَىٰ tum'la are dictated عَلَيۡهِ alayhi to him بُكۡرَةٗ buk'ratan morning وَأَصِيلٗا wa-asilan and evening ٥
waqalu asatiru al-awalina ik'tatabaha fahiya tum'la alayhi buk'ratan wa-asilan
— Transliteration
And they say: "Tales of the ancients, which he has written down, and they are dictated to him morning and afternoon

25:6
قُلۡ qul Say أَنزَلَهُ anzalahu Has sent it down ٱلَّذِي alladhi the One Who يَعۡلَمُ ya'lamu knows ٱلسِّرَّ al-sira the secret فِي fi in ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ al-samawati the heavens وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ wal-ardi and the earth إِنَّهُۥ innahu Indeed He كَانَ kana is غَفُورٗا ghafuran OftForgiving رَّحِيمٗا rahiman Most Merciful ٦
qul anzalahu alladhi ya'lamu al-sira fi al-samawati wal-ardi innahu kana ghafuran rahiman
— Transliteration
Say: "It (this Quran) has been sent down by Him (Allah) (the Real Lord of the heavens and earth) Who knows the secret of the heavens and the earth. Truly, He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful

25:7
وَقَالُواْ waqalu And they say مَالِ mali Why does هَٰذَا hadha this ٱلرَّسُولِ al-rasuli Messenger يَأۡكُلُ yakulu eat ٱلطَّعَامَ al-ta'ama [the] food وَيَمۡشِي wayamshi and walk فِي fi in ٱلۡأَسۡوَاقِ al-aswaqi the markets? لَوۡلَآ lawla Why not أُنزِلَ unzila is sent down إِلَيۡهِ ilayhi to him مَلَكٞ malakun an Angel فَيَكُونَ fayakuna then he be مَعَهُۥ ma'ahu with him نَذِيرًا nadhiran a warner? ٧
waqalu mali hadha al-rasuli yakulu al-ta'ama wayamshi fi al-aswaqi lawla unzila ilayhi malakun fayakuna ma'ahu nadhiran
— Transliteration
And they say: "Why does this Messenger (Muhammad SAW) eat food, and walk about in the markets (like ourselves). Why is not an angel sent down to him to be a warner with him

25:8
أَوۡ aw Or يُلۡقَىٰٓ yul'qa is delivered إِلَيۡهِ ilayhi to him كَنزٌ kanzun a treasure أَوۡ aw or تَكُونُ takunu is لَهُۥ lahu for him جَنَّةٞ jannatun a garden يَأۡكُلُ yakulu he may eat مِنۡهَاۚ min'ha from it? وَقَالَ waqala And say ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ al-zalimuna the wrongdoers إِن in Not تَتَّبِعُونَ tattabi'una you follow إِلَّا illa but رَجُلٗا rajulan a man مَّسۡحُورًا mashuran bewitched ٨
aw yul'qa ilayhi kanzun aw takunu lahu jannatun yakulu min'ha waqala al-zalimuna in tattabi'una illa rajulan mashuran
— Transliteration
Or (why) has not a treasure been granted to him, or why has he not a garden whereof he may eat?" And the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers, etc.) say: "You follow none but a man bewitched

25:9
ٱنظُرۡ unzur See كَيۡفَ kayfa how ضَرَبُواْ darabu they set forth لَكَ laka for you ٱلۡأَمۡثَٰلَ al-amthala the similitudes فَضَلُّواْ fadallu but they have gone astray فَلَا fala so not يَسۡتَطِيعُونَ yastati'una they are able (to find) سَبِيلٗا sabilan a way ٩
unzur kayfa darabu laka al-amthala fadallu fala yastati'una sabilan
— Transliteration
See how they coin similitudes for you, so they have gone astray, and they cannot find a (Right) Path

25:10
تَبَارَكَ tabaraka Blessed is He ٱلَّذِيٓ alladhi Who إِن in if شَآءَ shaa He willed جَعَلَ ja'ala (could have) made لَكَ laka for you خَيۡرٗا khayran better مِّن min than ذَٰلِكَ dhalika that جَنَّٰتٖ jannatin gardens تَجۡرِي tajri flow مِن min from تَحۡتِهَا tahtiha underneath it ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ al-anharu the rivers وَيَجۡعَل wayaj'al and He (could) make لَّكَ laka for you قُصُورَۢا qusuran palaces ١٠
tabaraka alladhi in shaa ja'ala laka khayran min dhalika jannatin tajri min tahtiha al-anharu wayaj'al laka qusuran
— Transliteration
Blessed be He Who, if He will, will assign you better than (all) that, - Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise) and will assign you palaces (i.e. in Paradise)
