10:1
الٓرۚ alif-lam-ra Alif Lam Ra تِلۡكَ til'ka These ءَايَٰتُ ayatu (are the) verses ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ al-kitabi (of) the Book ٱلۡحَكِيمِ al-hakimi the wise ١
alif-lam-ra til'ka ayatu al-kitabi al-hakimi
— Transliteration
Alif-Lam-Ra. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Quran, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings]. These are the Verses of the Book (the Quran) Al-Hakim [showing lawful and unlawful things, explaining Allah's (Divine) Laws for mankind, leading them to eternal happiness by ordering them to follow the true Islamic Monotheism, - worshipping none but Allah Alone - that will guide them to Paradise and save them from Hell

10:2
أَكَانَ akana Is it لِلنَّاسِ lilnnasi for the mankind عَجَبًا ajaban a wonder أَنۡ an that أَوۡحَيۡنَآ awhayna We revealed إِلَىٰ ila to رَجُلٖ rajulin a man مِّنۡهُمۡ min'hum from (among) them أَنۡ an that أَنذِرِ andhiri Warn ٱلنَّاسَ al-nasa the mankind وَبَشِّرِ wabashiri and give glad tidings ٱلَّذِينَ alladhina (to) those who ءَامَنُوٓاْ amanu believe أَنَّ anna that لَهُمۡ lahum for them قَدَمَ qadama (will be) a respectable position صِدۡقٍ sid'qin (will be) a respectable position عِندَ inda near رَبِّهِمۡۗ rabbihim their Lord? قَالَ qala Said ٱلۡكَٰفِرُونَ al-kafiruna the disbelievers إِنَّ inna Indeed هَٰذَا hadha this لَسَٰحِرٞ lasahirun (is) surely a magician مُّبِينٌ mubinun obvious ٢
akana lilnnasi ajaban an awhayna ila rajulin min'hum an andhiri al-nasa wabashiri alladhina amanu anna lahum qadama sid'qin inda rabbihim qala al-kafiruna inna hadha lasahirun mubinun
— Transliteration
Is it wonder for mankind that We have sent Our Inspirationto a man from among themselves (i.e. Prophet Muhammad SAW) (saying): "Warn mankind (of the coming torment in Hell), and give good news to those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah and in His Prophet Muhammad SAW) that they shall have with their Lord the rewards of their good deeds?" (But) the disbelievers say: "This is indeed an evident sorcerer (i.e. Prophet Muhammad SAW and the Quran)

10:3
إِنَّ inna Indeed رَبَّكُمُ rabbakumu your Lord ٱللَّهُ al-lahu (is) Allah ٱلَّذِي alladhi the One Who خَلَقَ khalaqa created ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ al-samawati the heavens وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ wal-arda and the earth فِي fi in سِتَّةِ sittati six أَيَّامٖ ayyamin periods ثُمَّ thumma then ٱسۡتَوَىٰ is'tawa He established عَلَى ala on ٱلۡعَرۡشِۖ al-'arshi the Throne يُدَبِّرُ yudabbiru disposing ٱلۡأَمۡرَۖ al-amra the affairs مَا ma Not مِن min (is) any intercessor شَفِيعٍ shafi'in (is) any intercessor إِلَّا illa except مِنۢ min after بَعۡدِ ba'di after إِذۡنِهِۦۚ idh'nihi His permission ذَٰلِكُمُ dhalikumu That ٱللَّهُ al-lahu (is) Allah رَبُّكُمۡ rabbukum your Lord فَٱعۡبُدُوهُۚ fa-u'buduhu so worship Him أَفَلَا afala Then will not تَذَكَّرُونَ tadhakkaruna you remember? ٣
inna rabbakumu al-lahu alladhi khalaqa al-samawati wal-arda fi sittati ayyamin thumma is'tawa ala al-'arshi yudabbiru al-amra ma min shafi'in illa min ba'di idh'nihi dhalikumu al-lahu rabbukum fa-u'buduhu afala tadhakkaruna
— Transliteration
Surely, your Lord is Allah Who created the heavens and the earth in six Days and then Istawa (rose over) the Throne (really in a manner that suits His Majesty), disposing the affair of all things. No intercessor (can plead with Him) except after His Leave. That is Allah, your Lord; so worship Him (Alone). Then, will you not remember

10:4
إِلَيۡهِ ilayhi To Him مَرۡجِعُكُمۡ marji'ukum (will be) your return جَمِيعٗاۖ jami'an [all] وَعۡدَ wa'da Promise ٱللَّهِ al-lahi (of) Allah حَقًّاۚ haqqan (is) true إِنَّهُۥ innahu Indeed He يَبۡدَؤُاْ yabda-u originates ٱلۡخَلۡقَ al-khalqa the creation ثُمَّ thumma then يُعِيدُهُۥ yu'iduhu He repeats it لِيَجۡزِيَ liyajziya that He may reward ٱلَّذِينَ alladhina those who ءَامَنُواْ amanu believed وَعَمِلُواْ wa'amilu and did ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ al-salihati the good deeds بِٱلۡقِسۡطِۚ bil-qis'ti in justice وَٱلَّذِينَ wa-alladhina But those who كَفَرُواْ kafaru disbelieved لَهُمۡ lahum for them شَرَابٞ sharabun (will be) a drink مِّنۡ min of حَمِيمٖ hamimin boiling fluids وَعَذَابٌ wa'adhabun and a punishment أَلِيمُۢ alimun painful بِمَا bima because كَانُواْ kanu they used (to) يَكۡفُرُونَ yakfuruna disbelieve ٤
ilayhi marji'ukum jami'an wa'da al-lahi haqqan innahu yabda-u al-khalqa thumma yu'iduhu liyajziya alladhina amanu wa'amilu al-salihati bil-qis'ti wa-alladhina kafaru lahum sharabun min hamimin wa'adhabun alimun bima kanu yakfuruna
— Transliteration
To Him is the return of all of you. The Promise of Allah is true. It is He Who begins the creation and then will repeat it, that He may reward with justice those who believed (in the Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism) and did deeds of righteousness. But those who disbelieved will have a drink of boiling fluids and painful torment because they used to disbelieve

10:5
هُوَ huwa He ٱلَّذِي alladhi (is) the One Who جَعَلَ ja'ala made ٱلشَّمۡسَ al-shamsa the sun ضِيَآءٗ diyaan a shining light وَٱلۡقَمَرَ wal-qamara and the moon نُورٗا nuran a reflected light وَقَدَّرَهُۥ waqaddarahu and determined for it مَنَازِلَ manazila phases لِتَعۡلَمُواْ lita'lamu that you may know عَدَدَ adada (the) number ٱلسِّنِينَ al-sinina (of) the years وَٱلۡحِسَابَۚ wal-hisaba and the count (of time) مَا ma Not خَلَقَ khalaqa created ٱللَّهُ al-lahu Allah ذَٰلِكَ dhalika that إِلَّا illa except بِٱلۡحَقِّۚ bil-haqi in truth يُفَصِّلُ yufassilu He explains ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ al-ayati the Signs لِقَوۡمٖ liqawmin for a people يَعۡلَمُونَ ya'lamuna (who) know ٥
huwa alladhi ja'ala al-shamsa diyaan wal-qamara nuran waqaddarahu manazila lita'lamu adada al-sinina wal-hisaba ma khalaqa al-lahu dhalika illa bil-haqi yufassilu al-ayati liqawmin ya'lamuna
— Transliteration
It is He Who made the sun a shining thing and the moon as a light and measured out its (their) stages, that you might know the number of years and the reckoning. Allah did not create this but in truth. He explains the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) in detail for people who have knowledge

10:6
إِنَّ inna Indeed فِي fi in ٱخۡتِلَٰفِ ikh'tilafi (the) alternation ٱلَّيۡلِ al-layli (of) the night وَٱلنَّهَارِ wal-nahari and the day وَمَا wama and what خَلَقَ khalaqa (has been) created ٱللَّهُ al-lahu (by) Allah فِي fi in ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ al-samawati the heavens وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ wal-ardi and the earth لَأٓيَٰتٖ laayatin (are) Signs لِّقَوۡمٖ liqawmin for a people يَتَّقُونَ yattaquna who are God conscious ٦
inna fi ikh'tilafi al-layli wal-nahari wama khalaqa al-lahu fi al-samawati wal-ardi laayatin liqawmin yattaquna
— Transliteration
Verily, in the alternation of the night and the day and in all that Allah has created in the heavens and the earth are Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) for those people who keep their duty to Allah, and fear Him much

10:7
إِنَّ inna Indeed ٱلَّذِينَ alladhina those who لَا la (do) not يَرۡجُونَ yarjuna expect لِقَآءَنَا liqaana the meeting with Us وَرَضُواْ waradu and are pleased بِٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ bil-hayati with the life ٱلدُّنۡيَا al-dun'ya (of) the world وَٱطۡمَأَنُّواْ wa-it'ma-annu and feel satisfied بِهَا biha with it وَٱلَّذِينَ wa-alladhina and those هُمۡ hum they عَنۡ an (are) of ءَايَٰتِنَا ayatina Our Signs غَٰفِلُونَ ghafiluna heedless ٧
inna alladhina la yarjuna liqaana waradu bil-hayati al-dun'ya wa-it'ma-annu biha wa-alladhina hum an ayatina ghafiluna
— Transliteration
Verily, those who hope not for their meeting with Us, but are pleased and satisfied with the life of the present world, and those who are heedless of Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc)

10:8
أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ulaika Those مَأۡوَىٰهُمُ mawahumu their abode ٱلنَّارُ al-naru (will be) the Fire بِمَا bima for what كَانُواْ kanu they used (to) يَكۡسِبُونَ yaksibuna earn ٨
ulaika mawahumu al-naru bima kanu yaksibuna
— Transliteration
Those, their abode will be the Fire, because of what they used to earn

10:9
إِنَّ inna Indeed ٱلَّذِينَ alladhina those who ءَامَنُواْ amanu believed وَعَمِلُواْ wa'amilu and did ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ al-salihati good deeds يَهۡدِيهِمۡ yahdihim (will) guide them رَبُّهُم rabbuhum their Lord بِإِيمَٰنِهِمۡۖ biimanihim by their faith تَجۡرِي tajri Will flow مِن min from تَحۡتِهِمُ tahtihimu underneath them ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ al-anharu the rivers فِي fi in جَنَّٰتِ jannati Gardens ٱلنَّعِيمِ al-na'imi (of) Delight ٩
inna alladhina amanu wa'amilu al-salihati yahdihim rabbuhum biimanihim tajri min tahtihimu al-anharu fi jannati al-na'imi
— Transliteration
Verily, those who believe [in the Oneness of Allah along with the six articles of Faith, i.e. to believe in Allah, His Angels, His Books, His Messengers, Day of Resurrection, and Al-Qadar (Divine Preordainments) - Islamic Monotheism], and do deeds of righteousness, their Lord will guide them through their Faith; under them will flow rivers in the Gardens of delight (Paradise)

10:10
دَعۡوَىٰهُمۡ da'wahum Their prayer فِيهَا fiha therein سُبۡحَٰنَكَ sub'hanaka (will be) Glory be to You ٱللَّهُمَّ al-lahuma O Allah! وَتَحِيَّتُهُمۡ watahiyyatuhum And their greeting فِيهَا fiha therein (will be) سَلَٰمٞۚ salamun Peace وَءَاخِرُ waakhiru And the last دَعۡوَىٰهُمۡ da'wahum (of) their call أَنِ ani (will be) [that] ٱلۡحَمۡدُ al-hamdu All the Praise be لِلَّهِ lillahi to Allah رَبِّ rabbi Lord ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ al-'alamina (of) the worlds ١٠
da'wahum fiha sub'hanaka al-lahuma watahiyyatuhum fiha salamun waakhiru da'wahum ani al-hamdu lillahi rabbi al-'alamina
— Transliteration
Their way of request therein will be Subhanaka Allahumma (Glory to You, O Allah!) and Salam (peace, safe from each and every evil) will be their greetings therein (Paradise)! and the close of their request will be: Al-Hamdu Lillahi Rabbil-'Alamin [All the praises and thanks are to Allah, the Lord of 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists]
