27:1
طسٓۚ ta-seen Ta Seen تِلۡكَ til'ka These ءَايَٰتُ ayatu (are the) Verses ٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ al-qur'ani (of) the Quran وَكِتَابٖ wakitabin and a Book مُّبِينٍ mubinin clear ١
ta-seen til'ka ayatu al-qur'ani wakitabin mubinin
— Transliteration
Ta-Sin. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Quran, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings]. These are the Verses of the Quran, and (it is) a Book (that makes things) clear

27:2
هُدٗى hudan A guidance وَبُشۡرَىٰ wabush'ra and glad tidings لِلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ lil'mu'minina for the believers ٢
hudan wabush'ra lil'mu'minina
— Transliteration
A guide (to the Right Path); and glad tidings for the believers [who believe in the Oneness of Allah (i.e. Islamic Monotheism]

27:3
ٱلَّذِينَ alladhina Those who يُقِيمُونَ yuqimuna establish ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ al-salata the prayer وَيُؤۡتُونَ wayu'tuna and give ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ al-zakata zakah وَهُم wahum and they بِٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ bil-akhirati in the Hereafter هُمۡ hum [they] يُوقِنُونَ yuqinuna believe with certainty ٣
alladhina yuqimuna al-salata wayu'tuna al-zakata wahum bil-akhirati hum yuqinuna
— Transliteration
Those who perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat) and give Zakat and they believe with certainty in the Hereafter (resurrection, recompense of their good and bad deeds, Paradise and Hell, etc)

27:4
إِنَّ inna Indeed ٱلَّذِينَ alladhina those who لَا la (do) not يُؤۡمِنُونَ yu'minuna believe بِٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ bil-akhirati in the Hereafter زَيَّنَّا zayyanna We have made fairseeming لَهُمۡ lahum to them أَعۡمَٰلَهُمۡ a'malahum their deeds فَهُمۡ fahum so they يَعۡمَهُونَ ya'mahuna wander blindly ٤
inna alladhina la yu'minuna bil-akhirati zayyanna lahum a'malahum fahum ya'mahuna
— Transliteration
Verily, those who believe not in the Hereafter, We have made their deeds fair-seeming to them, so they wander about blindly

27:5
أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ulaika Those ٱلَّذِينَ alladhina (are) the ones لَهُمۡ lahum for them سُوٓءُ suu (is) an evil ٱلۡعَذَابِ al-'adhabi [the] punishment وَهُمۡ wahum and they فِي fi in ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ al-akhirati the Hereafter هُمُ humu [they] ٱلۡأَخۡسَرُونَ al-akhsaruna (will be) the greatest losers ٥
ulaika alladhina lahum suu al-'adhabi wahum fi al-akhirati humu al-akhsaruna
— Transliteration
They are those for whom there will be an evil torment (in this world). And in the Hereafter they will be the greatest losers

27:6
وَإِنَّكَ wa-innaka And indeed you لَتُلَقَّى latulaqqa surely receive ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ al-qur'ana the Quran مِن min from [near] لَّدُنۡ ladun from [near] حَكِيمٍ hakimin the AllWise عَلِيمٍ alimin the AllKnower ٦
wa-innaka latulaqqa al-qur'ana min ladun hakimin alimin
— Transliteration
And verily, you (O Muhammad SAW) are receiving the Quran from the One, All-Wise, All-Knowing

27:7
إِذۡ idh When قَالَ qala said مُوسَىٰ musa Musa لِأَهۡلِهِۦٓ li-ahlihi to his family إِنِّيٓ inni Indeed I ءَانَسۡتُ anastu perceive نَارٗا naran a fire سَـَٔاتِيكُم saatikum I will bring you مِّنۡهَا min'ha from it بِخَبَرٍ bikhabarin some information أَوۡ aw or ءَاتِيكُم atikum I will bring you بِشِهَابٖ bishihabin a torch قَبَسٖ qabasin burning لَّعَلَّكُمۡ la'allakum so that you may تَصۡطَلُونَ tastaluna warm yourselves ٧
idh qala musa li-ahlihi inni anastu naran saatikum min'ha bikhabarin aw atikum bishihabin qabasin la'allakum tastaluna
— Transliteration
(Remember) when Musa (Moses) said to his household: "Verily! I have seen a fire, I will bring you from there some information, or I will bring you a burning brand, that you may warm yourselves

27:8
فَلَمَّا falamma But when جَآءَهَا jaaha he came to it نُودِيَ nudiya he was called أَنۢ an [that] بُورِكَ burika Blessed is مَن man who فِي fi (is) at ٱلنَّارِ al-nari the fire وَمَنۡ waman and whoever حَوۡلَهَا hawlaha (is) around it وَسُبۡحَٰنَ wasub'hana And glory be ٱللَّهِ al-lahi (to) Allah رَبِّ rabbi (the) Lord ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ al-'alamina (of) the worlds ٨
falamma jaaha nudiya an burika man fi al-nari waman hawlaha wasub'hana al-lahi rabbi al-'alamina
— Transliteration
But when he came to it, he was called: "Blessed is whosoever is in the fire, and whosoever is round about it! And glorified be Allah, the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists)

27:9
يَٰمُوسَىٰٓ yamusa O Musa! إِنَّهُۥٓ innahu Indeed أَنَا ana I Am ٱللَّهُ al-lahu Allah ٱلۡعَزِيزُ al-'azizu the AllMighty ٱلۡحَكِيمُ al-hakimu the AllWise ٩
yamusa innahu ana al-lahu al-'azizu al-hakimu
— Transliteration
O Musa (Moses)! Verily! It is I, Allah, the All-Mighty, the All-Wise

27:10
وَأَلۡقِ wa-alqi And Throw عَصَاكَۚ asaka your staff فَلَمَّا falamma But when رَءَاهَا raaha he saw it تَهۡتَزُّ tahtazzu moving كَأَنَّهَا ka-annaha as if it جَآنّٞ jannun (were) a snake وَلَّىٰ walla he turned back مُدۡبِرٗا mud'biran (in) flight وَلَمۡ walam and (did) not يُعَقِّبۡۚ yu'aqqib look back يَٰمُوسَىٰ yamusa O Musa! لَا la (Do) not تَخَفۡ takhaf fear إِنِّي inni Indeed [I] لَا la (do) not يَخَافُ yakhafu fear لَدَيَّ ladayya (in) My presence ٱلۡمُرۡسَلُونَ al-mur'saluna the Messengers ١٠
wa-alqi asaka falamma raaha tahtazzu ka-annaha jannun walla mud'biran walam yu'aqqib yamusa la takhaf inni la yakhafu ladayya al-mur'saluna
— Transliteration
And throw down your stick!" But when he saw it moving as if it were a snake, he turned in flight, and did not look back. (It was said): "O Musa (Moses)! Fear not, verily! The Messengers fear not in front of Me
