48:1
إِنَّا inna Indeed فَتَحۡنَا fatahna We have given victory لَكَ laka to you فَتۡحٗا fathan a victory مُّبِينٗا mubinan clear ١
inna fatahna laka fathan mubinan
— Transliteration
Verily, We have given you (O Muhammad SAW) a manifest victory

48:2
لِّيَغۡفِرَ liyaghfira That may forgive لَكَ laka for you ٱللَّهُ al-lahu Allah مَا ma what تَقَدَّمَ taqaddama preceded مِن min of ذَنۢبِكَ dhanbika your sins وَمَا wama and what تَأَخَّرَ ta-akhara will follow وَيُتِمَّ wayutimma and complete نِعۡمَتَهُۥ ni'matahu His favor عَلَيۡكَ alayka upon you وَيَهۡدِيَكَ wayahdiyaka and guide you صِرَٰطٗا siratan (to) a Path مُّسۡتَقِيمٗا mus'taqiman Straight ٢
liyaghfira laka al-lahu ma taqaddama min dhanbika wama ta-akhara wayutimma ni'matahu alayka wayahdiyaka siratan mus'taqiman
— Transliteration
That Allah may forgive you your sins of the past and the future, and complete His Favour on you, and guide you on the Straight Path

48:3
وَيَنصُرَكَ wayansuraka And Allah may help you ٱللَّهُ al-lahu And Allah may help you نَصۡرًا nasran (with) a help عَزِيزًا azizan mighty ٣
wayansuraka al-lahu nasran azizan
— Transliteration
And that Allah may help you with strong help

48:4
هُوَ huwa He ٱلَّذِيٓ alladhi (is) the One Who أَنزَلَ anzala sent down ٱلسَّكِينَةَ al-sakinata [the] tranquility فِي fi in(to) قُلُوبِ qulubi (the) hearts ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ al-mu'minina (of) the believers لِيَزۡدَادُوٓاْ liyazdadu that they may increase إِيمَٰنٗا imanan (in) faith مَّعَ ma'a with إِيمَٰنِهِمۡۗ imanihim their faith وَلِلَّهِ walillahi And for Allah جُنُودُ junudu (are the) hosts ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ al-samawati (of) the heavens وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ wal-ardi and the earth وَكَانَ wakana and Allah ٱللَّهُ al-lahu and Allah عَلِيمًا aliman (is) AllKnower حَكِيمٗا hakiman AllWise ٤
huwa alladhi anzala al-sakinata fi qulubi al-mu'minina liyazdadu imanan ma'a imanihim walillahi junudu al-samawati wal-ardi wakana al-lahu aliman hakiman
— Transliteration
He it is Who sent down As-Sakinah (calmness and tranquillity) into the hearts of the believers, that they may grow more in Faith along with their (present) Faith. And to Allah belong the hosts of the heavens and the earth, and Allah is Ever All-Knower, All-Wise

48:5
لِّيُدۡخِلَ liyud'khila That He may admit ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ al-mu'minina the believing men وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ wal-mu'minati and the believing women جَنَّٰتٖ jannatin (to) Gardens تَجۡرِي tajri flow مِن min from تَحۡتِهَا tahtiha underneath them ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ al-anharu the rivers خَٰلِدِينَ khalidina (to) abide forever فِيهَا fiha therein وَيُكَفِّرَ wayukaffira and (to) remove عَنۡهُمۡ anhum from them سَيِّـَٔاتِهِمۡۚ sayyiatihim their misdeeds وَكَانَ wakana and is ذَٰلِكَ dhalika that عِندَ inda with ٱللَّهِ al-lahi Allah فَوۡزًا fawzan a success عَظِيمٗا aziman great ٥
liyud'khila al-mu'minina wal-mu'minati jannatin tajri min tahtiha al-anharu khalidina fiha wayukaffira anhum sayyiatihim wakana dhalika inda al-lahi fawzan aziman
— Transliteration
That He may admit the believing men and the believing women to Gardens under which rivers flow (i.e. Paradise), to abide therein forever, and to expiate from them their sins, and that is with Allah, a supreme success

48:6
وَيُعَذِّبَ wayu'adhiba And He (may) punish ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقِينَ al-munafiqina the hypocrite men وَٱلۡمُنَٰفِقَٰتِ wal-munafiqati and the hypocrite women وَٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ wal-mush'rikina and the polytheist men وَٱلۡمُشۡرِكَٰتِ wal-mush'rikati and the polytheist women ٱلظَّآنِّينَ al-zanina who assume بِٱللَّهِ bil-lahi about Allah ظَنَّ zanna an assumption ٱلسَّوۡءِۚ al-sawi evil عَلَيۡهِمۡ alayhim Upon them دَآئِرَةُ dairatu (is) a turn ٱلسَّوۡءِۖ al-sawi (of) evil وَغَضِبَ waghadiba and Allah's wrath (is) ٱللَّهُ al-lahu and Allah's wrath (is) عَلَيۡهِمۡ alayhim upon them وَلَعَنَهُمۡ wala'anahum and He has cursed them وَأَعَدَّ wa-a'adda and prepared لَهُمۡ lahum for them جَهَنَّمَۖ jahannama Hell وَسَآءَتۡ wasaat and evil مَصِيرٗا masiran (is the) destination ٦
wayu'adhiba al-munafiqina wal-munafiqati wal-mush'rikina wal-mush'rikati al-zanina bil-lahi zanna al-sawi alayhim dairatu al-sawi waghadiba al-lahu alayhim wala'anahum wa-a'adda lahum jahannama wasaat masiran
— Transliteration
And that He may punish the Munafiqun (hypocrites), men and women, and also the Mushrikun men and women, who think evil thoughts about Allah, for them is a disgraceful torment, and the Anger of Allah is upon them, and He has cursed them and prepared Hell for them, and worst indeed is that destination

48:7
وَلِلَّهِ walillahi And for Allah جُنُودُ junudu (are the) hosts ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ al-samawati (of) the heavens وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ wal-ardi and the earth وَكَانَ wakana and Allah ٱللَّهُ al-lahu and Allah عَزِيزًا azizan (is) AllMighty حَكِيمًا hakiman AllWise ٧
walillahi junudu al-samawati wal-ardi wakana al-lahu azizan hakiman
— Transliteration
And to Allah belong the hosts of the heavens and the earth. And Allah is Ever All-Knower, All-Wise

48:8
إِنَّآ inna Indeed We أَرۡسَلۡنَٰكَ arsalnaka [We] have sent you شَٰهِدٗا shahidan (as) a witness وَمُبَشِّرٗا wamubashiran and (as) a bearer of glad tidings وَنَذِيرٗا wanadhiran and (as) a warner ٨
inna arsalnaka shahidan wamubashiran wanadhiran
— Transliteration
Verily, We have sent you (O Muhammad SAW) as a witness, as a bearer of glad tidings, and as a warner

48:9
لِّتُؤۡمِنُواْ litu'minu That you may believe بِٱللَّهِ bil-lahi in Allah وَرَسُولِهِۦ warasulihi and His Messenger وَتُعَزِّرُوهُ watu'azziruhu and (may) honor him وَتُوَقِّرُوهُۚ watuwaqqiruhu and respect him وَتُسَبِّحُوهُ watusabbihuhu and glorify Him بُكۡرَةٗ buk'ratan morning وَأَصِيلًا wa-asilan and evening ٩
litu'minu bil-lahi warasulihi watu'azziruhu watuwaqqiruhu watusabbihuhu buk'ratan wa-asilan
— Transliteration
In order that you (O mankind) may believe in Allah and His Messenger (SAW), and that you assist and honour him (SAW), and (that you) glorify (Allah's) praises morning and afternoon

48:10
إِنَّ inna Indeed ٱلَّذِينَ alladhina those who يُبَايِعُونَكَ yubayi'unaka pledge allegiance to you إِنَّمَا innama only يُبَايِعُونَ yubayi'una they pledge allegiance ٱللَّهَ al-laha (to) Allah يَدُ yadu (The) Hand ٱللَّهِ al-lahi (of) Allah فَوۡقَ fawqa (is) over أَيۡدِيهِمۡۚ aydihim their hands فَمَن faman Then whoever نَّكَثَ nakatha breaks (his oath) فَإِنَّمَا fa-innama then only يَنكُثُ yankuthu he breaks عَلَىٰ ala against نَفۡسِهِۦۖ nafsihi himself وَمَنۡ waman and whoever أَوۡفَىٰ awfa fulfils بِمَا bima what عَٰهَدَ ahada he has covenanted عَلَيۡهُ alayhu (with) ٱللَّهَ al-laha Allah فَسَيُؤۡتِيهِ fasayu'tihi soon He will give him أَجۡرًا ajran a reward عَظِيمٗا aziman great ١٠
inna alladhina yubayi'unaka innama yubayi'una al-laha yadu al-lahi fawqa aydihim faman nakatha fa-innama yankuthu ala nafsihi waman awfa bima ahada alayhu al-laha fasayu'tihi ajran aziman
— Transliteration
Verily, those who give Bai'a (pledge) to you (O Muhammad SAW) they are giving Bai'a (pledge) to Allah. The Hand of Allah is over their hands. Then whosoever breaks his pledge, breaks only to his own harm, and whosoever fulfills what he has covenanted with Allah, He will bestow on him a great reward

Al Fath (The Victory)
